Shipping & Delivery

Once payment is received, all items are usually shipped Monday – Friday, provided it is not a holiday/other major occurrence example natural disaster, fire, etc. However, exceptions many apply specifically with International shipments which may require additional paperwork for processing. We offer most of the major mail/shipping carriers - USPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and Less than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers.

** Please Note: Payment for orders received after 12 pm EST on Fridays will not be processed until the next business day, which is usually Mondays, provided it is not a holiday/other major occurrence example natural disaster, fire, etc.

Local Pick-Up

Local Pick-up is available for your convenience at our location in Hialeah, FL. This option is available to our customers at no additional charge. You may pick-up your purchases at our location/warehouse - 5001 E 10th Ct., Hialeah, FL 33013-1733 United States; Contact # (305) 624-2300.

Domestic Shipping

  • Purchased items are usually shipped Monday – Friday, if a holiday falls on a weekday, item will be sent the next business day
  • Posted shipping costs only apply to 48 states
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should contact us prior to purchase for shipping and handling quotes
  • Purchased Items over $250 in the Continental U.S. will be shipped and a Signature is Required
  • Smaller items are primarily shipped via FedEx / USPS

  • If feasible, combined shipping is offered for multiple purchases, however, please contact us for further details
  • All purchases will be shipped to the address specified by the buyer once payment is cleared. Please notify us via email if an alternative shipping address will be used as we will not be responsible for charges incurred by shipping carrier for an incorrect address

International Shipping

  • Purchased items are usually shipped Monday – Friday, if a holiday falls on a weekday, item will be sent the next business day
  • ALL international buyers should email us prior to bidding to confirm shipping and handling costs. * Applicable custom fees, taxes, and destination charges vary by country and are payable by the buyer
  • Smaller items are primarily shipped via USPS / Fed Ex / DHL. Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs. will be delivered by air or ocean freight. Please contact us for shipping details and transit times

** Please Note: It is not mandatory for USPS to track Priority Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Flat Rate Boxes when sent internationally. These packages are treated similarly to First Class mail where they are sent via ocean versus air resulting in a longer than usual transit time

Heavy Shipping (Domestic/International)

  • Our listed prices are ONLY for shipping/delivery to a commercial/business address with a forklift or loading dock for semi-trucks
  • Upon your approval, we also offer the option of delivering to a freight terminal closest to your shipping zip code. We will communicate the terminal information to you via email once you have approved for us to move forward with this alternative
  • Additional charges will apply for deliveries to a commercial/business locations WITHOUT forklift or loading dock amenities. A verified phone number for the buyer is required in the event the freight company should need to contact you directly
  • For residential deliveries, surcharges and lift gate service fees will be apply. In addition, a verified phone number for the buyer is required as the freight company will contact you 1-2 days ahead of delivery to confirm the timeframe for delivery
  • For deliveries to both business and residential locations, an authorized individual 18 years or older must be present to receive and sign for the item. Failure to be present at the time of delivery, will result in additional charges by the freight company to reschedule another drop off time

** Please Note: For domestic shipping delays in the delivery of heavy / over-sized items may occur as a result of a number of factors which include:

  • Buyer provides incorrect / disconnected contact number
  • Buyer provides residential address instead of business address to deliver item. This causes a delay in shipping as we must verify the address is an actual commercial location before it leaves our location
  • We encourage buyers to carefully review the shipping information that is noted on a listing. For example, Free Shipping may only apply to a business address for heavy/over-sized items ONLY
