At Just Japs Imports Inc., we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations each day, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s). We encourage you to take a few minutes prior to purchasing an item, to view all photos, do the necessary research to ensure that items are suitable for your requirements, and review our Disclaimer / Terms – Conditions. Our photos provide an accurate representation of the listed products. Products that are sold in QUANTITY will show a single image representing the others in equal or greater condition. We reassure you that our parts are individually inspected and all known flaws/faults are clearly stated in our listings. In the event that you purchase an item (s) from us and there is an issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Follow-Up / Communication
We respond to emails within 24 hours, provided it is not a holiday/other major occurrence example natural disaster, fire, etc. However, emails left after 6pm EST on Fridays, will receive follow up the next business weekday, provided it is not a holiday/other major occurrence example natural disaster, fire, etc.
Pick-Up / Domestic / International Shipping
Local Pick-up is available for your convenience at our location in Hialeah, FL. In addition we offer most of the major mail/shipping carriers - USPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and Less than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers.
Once payment is received, all items are usually shipped Monday – Friday, provided it is not a holiday/other major occurrence example natural disaster, fire, etc. However, exceptions many apply specifically with International shipments which may require additional paperwork for processing.
** Please Note: Payment for orders received after 12 pm EST on Fridays will not be processed until the next business day, which is usually Mondays, provided it is not a holiday/other major occurrence example natural disaster, fire, etc.
PayPal is the preferred method for payment, allowing faster processing. We also accept the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
There is a 7% sales tax for Florida residents only. Florida Tax Exempt Buyers should provide a valid copy of their Tax Exempt Certificate.
A critical component to our reputation has been on-going, positive feedback. This continues to build trust and long-term relationships with you, our valued customers. Return and Refund Policy
Incorrect Item Ordered:
We cannot tell you if a part will fit another year/make/model or application. The year and model of the vehicle or part is listed and it is the buyer’s responsibility to research and determine whether the items will fit on other vehicles or work in other applications.
Should the wrong item be purchased, the customer should contact us by phone or email within 14 days of delivery and return it in the same condition received. Once we have received the item in house, it will be inspected for fitness and resaleability. If all conditions are met, the customer will be refunded for the cost of the item excluding shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
Defective / Other Issue With Item:
Should you encounter any issues with your purchase, we will make every attempt for resolution in a timely manner provided all criteria are met. This includes:
- Contact us via email before the end of the warranty period and include the details of the issue
- Part bears the identifying mark which appears on Just Jap Imports Inc. merchandise
- Part has not been installed, modified, disassembled, overheated, or damaged
- We may request Photos and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- We may require documentation from dealership / established repair shop
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the day the item was delivered
- We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to refund or replacement
- We may replace the part with a functionally equivalent part
- We may refund the cost of the part, including your shipping costs
If all conditions have been met, buyer will be refunded less the original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.
On the other hand, while we cannot possibly list every situation that could result in conditions not being met, our most frequent experience in this area occurs when:
- The customer does not take due diligence in repackaging the part for return which may cause the item to be dismantled/damaged during shipping. If that is the case, we will assess the part to determine if the buyer is entitled to full, partial, or no refund
- The customer dismantles the part and returns it to us claiming defectiveness. At this point, the part can neither be reassembled for testing and therefore, cannot be sold, this voids the warranty and there is no refund issued
- The customer utilizes the part for racing / other activities outside of normal driving conditions and claims part was defective. This activity voids the warranty and there is no refund issued
- The customer tampers with part to remove pieces needed and returns it to us claiming defectiveness. At this point, the part can neither be reassembled for testing and therefore, cannot be sold, this voids the warranty and there is no refund issued
- For all situations that we have not listed, we reserve the right to inspect our product and make the final decision for resolution.
While all parts purchased fall under our return policy, warranties ONLY apply to the following parts: Engines, Manual and Automatic Transmissions, and Transfer Cases.
